A Little history about Mr. Electric

Founded by Ken J. Kotrady, in 1976,  Mr. Electric began as a small service oriented company.  Through the successes of this once small service company Mr. Electric has grown into a reputable, professional and responsible State Certified Electrical Contractor that now has grown to specialize in commercial and industrial electrical construction servicing Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties.   Based in Plantation, Florida the firm regularly conducts major projects throughout the tri county area.  Our construction crews may be found at major shopping centers, government complexes, landmark office buildings, high rise condominium buildings,  hospitals and medical facilities or on campuses of major universities.  This diversity in construction provides the expertise which makes us leaders in the industry.

Our management personnel are supported by detailed cost information.  With this cost information,  our estimating department can prepare competitive proposals for public and private bid work,  or we can develop budgets during the conceptual and design phases of a project.  By employing an engineer,  we can provide our clients with efficient cost effective solutions for their construction project,  including design-build and fast track capabilities.  Our field personnel are directed by knowledgeable, professional construction managers who integrate company performance with the goals of our clients.  These combined factors allow us to deliver a quality electrical installation to our customers, on time and within budget.
